[Effects of Niaoduqing granule on urine metabolic profile in chronic renal failure rats].

ABSTRACT
To investigate the effects of Niaoduqing granule on urine metabolic profile in chronic renal failure (CRF) rats.Thirty six male SD rats were divided into normal control group, model and group with 12 each group. The CRF was induced by gavage 250 mg·kg-1·d-1 adenine for 21 d. UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technique used combination principal component analysis (PCA) partial least squares discriminant (PLS-DA) to analyze profiles three groups. endogenous substances variable importance projection (VIP)>1 P<0.05 screened as potential biomarkers CRF, enrichment pathways carried out.Compared had lower body weight, higher kidney coefficient, serum creatinine urea nitrogen levels (all P<0.01), while above indexes ameliorated compared P<0.01). Fifteen found which involved 9 including phenylalanine, tyrosine tryptophan biosynthesis, glyoxylate dicarboxylate metabolism, valine, leucine isoleucine arachidonic acid cysteine methionine tricarboxylic cycle, glycerophosphatide metabolism metabolism.Niaoduqing granules has therapeutic effect may be related regulation amino lipid energy metabolism.
