ABSTRACT
Multiresistant bacterial strains are a very serious clinical problem in hospital environment.Solving these types of nosocomial infections requires new and unique approaches. It is known that vancomycin an antibiotic used for the treatment such as S. aureus strains.Nanomedicine using nanotechnologies brings options like application surface coating modifications targeting treatment.Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPION) particles were created by physicochemical method synthesis. For purpose this testing, SPION have been modified chitosan (300 rpm, 25 ℃, 24 h), then purified on magnet.SPION/Chito 6 h).The completed washed with PBS buffer (pH 7).The concentration (after modifications) SPION/Chito/VANCO was 100 µg/ml.The stability finalized tested determined HPLC.After that, antibacterial activity measurement growth curves (methicillin sensitive resistant aureus) at 450 nm/540 nm hours (25 °C, 300 rpm LB medium). The results evaluated AUC curves.Bacterial cultures grown reproducibly pure medium (AUCs considered baseline). The study provided initial information about effect newly prepared species.
