Objective To explore the effect of different timing for laparoscopic cholecystectomy on curative and rehabilitation elderly patients with acute cholecystitis.

Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time hospitalization observation group shorter than those control (P<0.05). at 1, 2 4 days incidences perforation, infection, gangrene, intraperitoneal hemorrhage bile duct injury lower delayed significance (P<0.05).

Conclusions Laparoscopic can effectively promote recovery body, enhance immune capacity reduce incidence serious complications, which worthy promotion.
