ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the effect of different timing for laparoscopic cholecystectomy on curative and rehabilitation elderly patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed to select cholecystitis who underwent from September 2013 2017. 59 surgery 48 hours after onset were treated as an extension group, disease implemented within onset. early group.SPSS19.0 used statistical analysis. The indexes postoperative operation, CD3+ CD4+ expressed (±s) in both groups, independent t test performed. complication rates two groups tested by χ2 test, P<0.05 considered difference There is significance. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time hospitalization observation group shorter than those control (P<0.05). at 1, 2 4 days incidences perforation, infection, gangrene, intraperitoneal hemorrhage bile duct injury lower delayed significance (P<0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic can effectively promote recovery body, enhance immune capacity reduce incidence serious complications, which worthy promotion.
