ABSTRACT
Background. Documentation of nursing care is important in applying to patients, terms their workload coming into the context indirect care. The focus his study assess application diagnoses hospitals. phenomenon that occurs order services was found nurses only focused on documenting assessments, but formulating not clearly illustrated and there are still different perceptions relation writing a diagnosis phrase. Objective. purpose this identify Standardized Nursing Languages hospitals Indonesia. Method. This uses descriptive correlation design using simple random sampling obtained 132 nurse respondents. Closed questions (with answer choices prepared by researcher) open (in form frequently used diagnostic questions) were used. instrument first tested for validity content with CVI (0.9) CVR (0.85) value, which means relevant use. Results. It almost half respondents (48.49%) did use standard diagnosis. Only level education has relationship language Indonesia (p-value = 0.006) where higher will have an impact accuracy diagnosing. Whereas other variables such as gender, career ladder position no ability diagnoses. Conclussion. As results shows fully Standardization equalization perception professional organizations needed be guide all carrying out documentation
