ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is the most prevalent and leading cause of cancer‑associated mortalities among women worldwide today. Accumulating evidence suggested that miR‑372 may serve important roles in initiation development various human cancers. However, role breast remains unknown. The present study demonstrated expression level tissues cell lines significantly reduced compared with normal lines. Furthermore, results functional assays indicated inhibits proliferation induces apoptosis MCF‑7 line. E2F1 was identified as a direct target cancer. In conclusion, findings revealed have potential to act novel molecule for diagnosis therapy patients
