ABSTRACT
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most lethal malignances in humans. Hence, it great significance to identify regulatory molecules CRC progression. Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that long non‑coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved malignancy. It been reported intergenic non‑protein coding RNA 857 (LINC00857) acts as a vital oncogene many types by promoting cell proliferation and migration. However, role LINC00857 remains unclear. In present study, was upregulated tissue samples cells. Next,<em> vitro</em> loss‑of‑function experiments knockdown suppressed viability, migration, well epithelial‑mesenchymal transition increased apoptosis. Mechanistically, abundantly interacted with RNA‑binding protein YTH domain containing 1 (YTHDC1). YTHDC1 ultimately combined solute carrier family 7 member 5 (SLC7A5) SLC7A5 mRNA stability. Finally, series rescue indicated promoted migration cells regulating Thus, findings illustrated functions an via YTHDC1/SLC7A5 axis.
