ABSTRACT
The present study aimed to clarify the role of microRNA (miR)-5590-3p in progression renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and investigate underlying mechanisms. expression levels miR-5590-3p, Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK)2 β-catenin RCC cells were measured by reverse transcription-quantitative PCR western blot analysis. Following overexpression miR-5590-3p ROCK2 transfection mimics GV367-ROCK2, respectively, changes proliferation, migration invasion determined through colony-formation, wound-healing Transwell assays, respectively. direct binding interaction between ROCK2, initially predicted using Targetscan, was validated a dual-luciferase reporter assay. results indicated that downregulated RCC. Overexpression led downregulation inhibited cells. assay confirmed relationship ROCK2. Of note, effectively reversed regulatory effects on In conclusion, inhibits targeting which is potential molecular biomarker therapeutic target for
