Asynchronous bilateral male breast cancer. A rare case report

ABSTRACT
We describe a rare case of asynchronous bilateral carcinoma the mammary glands in 66-year-old man. The patient was admitted to Department Dermatology and Venereology due exacerbation chronic eczema. During examination, 3×2-cm tumor with retraction mammilla found right gland. Mastectomy regional lymphatic dissection were performed. Histological examination showed invasive ductal carcinoma, ER (+) 70%, PR (-), HER2 (-). Treatment included chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hormone therapy. Three years later, reported lump left breast. presence formation confirmed by mammography ultrasound examination. A radical mastectomy gland, (3+) 80%, PP (2+) 60%, (+++), Ki67 80%. chemotherapy radiation therapy carried out. Five after diagnosis second is good general condition. Regardless its rarity, described should draw doctors' attention this pathology. Assessment risk factors periodic breast men would allow early diagnosis, timely treatment, better prognosis disease.
