ABSTRACT
Evidence-based practice (EBP) skill building among clinical nurses is a priority for in professional development because it well known that this approach to decision-making results safe, cost-effective, person-centered care. Recent studies indicate widespread lack of self-reported competency EBP skills nurses, demonstrating the importance prioritizing programs meet nurses' needs education. The goal design thinking project was expand and diversify an program provide more accessibility across multi-hospital health care system. team followed five-step human-centered process empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test innovation.
