ABSTRACT
This study evaluated the reliability of three rating systems for total knee arthroplasty. Twenty-nine patients were assessed by six observers with American Knee Society Score, British Orthopaedic Association and Oxford 12-item questionnaire. The inter- intraobserver variations calculated Score as was reproducibility Components scores agreement using Kappa statistics. had smaller interobserver variation compared to greatest systems. attributed equal weighting its component variables. questionnaire, a self-administered questionnaire that eliminates error, emerged most reliable system.
