ABSTRACT
<p>With the rapid increase in number of infected people COVID-19, medical supplies have been increasing significantly. Medical waste treatment scheme selection may long-term impacts on economy, society, and environment. Determining best option is a considerable challenge. To solve this problem, paper, we proposed multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) method based single-valued neutrosophic numbers partitioned Maclaurin symmetric mean (PMSM) operator. Because complexity are applied to express uncertain evaluation information. For factors or criteria (these two terms can be interchanged.) same clusters closely related, different no relationships. The function handle these complicated criterion Therefore, extend PMSM operator process propose (SVNPMSM) its weighted form (SVNWPMSM). Then, analyze their properties give typical examples operators. An MCGDM model SVNWPMSM aggregation developed problem. Finally, validity superiority verified by comparing it with previous methods.</p>
