ABSTRACT
Prostate cancer is the leading cause of malignancy in males, and vast majority cases consist androgen-sensitive acinar adenocarcinoma. Multiple relatively rare subtypes prostate have been described, including a neuroendocrine cancer, which can arise response to androgen-deprivation treatment setting existing prostatic Neuroendocrine an uncommon subtype with highly aggressive course lack distinguishing features on conventional imaging. We present case developed into atypical metastatic imaging appearance describe characteristics that may suggest histopathologic change from original malignancy.
