ABSTRACT
Mass casualty incidents (MCIs) cannot be managed with existing resources from operational area. The key to MCI management therefore is the efficient use of few own as well neighboring administrative units by local medical mission commanders. This paper suggests a computer-based modeling and simulation system user- context-adequate interface for testing tactics realistic spatial temporal availabilities rescue hospitals in vicinity an accident site. From organizational point view, tool could contribute holistic quality approach improving facilitating site-specific resource deployment, structure, patient evacuation planning. describes interaction concept planning application envisions its usage training courses, breaks leading personnel elaborating preparedness plans.
