Assessing ERP Learning (Management, Business Process, and Skills) and Attitudes

ABSTRACT
Critical to successful implementation and maximizing the potential benefits of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are knowledgeable skilled users. Effective training for required knowledge skills is both difficult challenging. Focusing on assessment ERP learning, this research develops learning constructs based Kang Santhanam’s (2003-4) collaborative application model. A valid reliable instrument that can be used measure attitudes toward presented. The consists three (16 items) (business process knowledge, management transaction skills) as well measures (instrument available from authors at no cost) . results study indicate an simulation game enhanced student influenced system.
