ABSTRACT
Business incubators can provide network connection to incubatees, allowing incubatees acquire many resources. Gatekeepers facilitate the acquisition of external knowledge and dissemination internal knowledge. From gatekeepers' characteristics, business incubator managers perfectly fit role gatekeepers. This paper introduces gatekeeper in analyze performance (BIKP). Multi-agent simulation model is used form network, manager acting as has function breadth intervention depth for incubatees. The results indicate that moderate competition necessary Second, gatekeeper's better than intervention. Third, there horizontally S-shaped relationship between level effort BIKP equilibrium. Moreover, interventions are optimal when have high inertia low rates mutual learning.
