ABSTRACT
An interparietal hernia is a rare form of seen in the inguinal region. Its pathogenesis not well understood. It frequently causes intestinal obstruction. We presented case herniation, who with acute symptoms and signs obst ruction. The male patient was referred to our department obstruction for three days. His physical examination revealed abdomen ultrasound computed tomography depicted an intra-abdominal mass unknown origin. At operation, loop ileum found incarcerate d hernia. Reduction, resection anastomosing segment were facilitated. preperitoneal type defect closed sutures. Interparietal hernias are rare, represent problem differential diagnosis conditions functional more frequent males, mostly presents Preoperative obstructing difficult.
