ABSTRACT
Allozyme electrophoresis analysis were performed in four species of Hypostomus (Loricariidae), H. albopunctatus, hermanni, regani, e sp. 1/NUP 5612 from the Ivaí river, a tributary upper Paraná river. The study 14 loci revealed diagnostic characters and exclusive alleles low frequency. heterozygosity ranged 0.000 albopunctatus to 0.199 which was higher than other samples literature, as well fish groups. regani similarity (I = 0.804), while hermanni showed least genetic identity 0.569). All genetically distinguished, despite there several shared alleles. FST value 0.671, showing high differentiation among samples. distinguished three congeners by Adh-A G3pdh-B present rare six enzymatic systems.
