Trading regulatory risk arises prominently in the preliminary formulation of a unified and interconnected electricity market China. Risk indices, evaluation models methods as well index weights are three important aspects comprehensive trading evaluation. In this paper, firstly, on basis current environment China, systematic indices used to quantify level established. Secondly, method developed synthesis fuzzy inference analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The set approach is employed identify membership degree each various levels, while AHP acquire proposed indices. Finally, simulation based case study presented illustrate effectiveness method.
