ABSTRACT
The silicone succinate surfactant (PMPS) was synthesized by ring-opening reaction using polyether alcohol amine modified polysilosane (PAPS) with maleic anhydride (MA) as the raw materials, and p-toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA) used catalyst. Sulfated castor oil sulfated rapeseed were combinated PMPS to prepare a new leather fatliqour (PMPSF) composed mainly of PMPS. molecular structure characterized FTIR spectra; thermal properties analyzed TGA. PMPSF in sheepskin wet blue compared oxidative sulfited vegetable oils (L-3) RF-1 fatliquor; waterproof mechanical measured. results show that decomposition temperature is 192.8°C. Fatliquor provids good level-dyeing property, oiled it has flexibility fullness, waterproofness are also good. Moreover, fatliquored L-3, thickening rate reaches 13.7%.
