ABSTRACT
High-power lasers (>+21dBm), because of their ability to transmit long distance signals, have gradually become the common solution for signal transmission systems including regional cable television, Fiber To The Home (FTTH), and gigabit passive optical networks (GPON). However, if protective design is not implemented at client-side facility, users may be exposed health hazards caused by high-power laser, e.g. direct eye exposure laser beams. adapters with photo-interrupters use metal shutter prevent beam eyes. They progressively replaced conventional entered market mainstream. Our study uses elastic-plastic theory together parametric investigate effect geometry on initial photo-interrupter spring-back angle. Once stabilizes after several attempts insertion extraction, springing-back angles are found same as simulated results. In our study, it observed that factors ratio notch width total plate relationship boundary conditions significant influence These can used references in control.
