In China, Three oil companies use all sorts of beam pumping units, but the operation balancing adjustment is labor-intensive, low efficiency and accuracy in general. Many engineers try to improve these, so they design various kinds devices adjust balance however, intelligent level most installation maintenance complicated security not high. this design, unit technology for theoretical support, combined with mechanical electrical system, an device designed. The experiment shows that after device, current degree optimized at 106%, besides energy saving reach 8.5%.
