ABSTRACT
Regarding dry strength and storage of high neutralization degree compound phosphate no-bake sand as index, optimization was analyzed on the ratios solidification agent to obtain appropriate adding amount in different environment by orthogonal test, influence optimum formula stability studied. The results show that, condition up 25°C, when humidity is more than 60% RH, 5% Mg-contained powder + 2% Al-contained 4% Zn-contained powder, its sample has good stability. When less
