Case Analysis of Environmental Risk Assessment for Petrochemical Industry

In this paper, to explore the risk identification, source term analysis, consequences calculations, assessment, management of petrochemical project, a case analysis was conducted, which is company planned 900,000 tons / year gasoline refining unit construction project. The results showed that project spill will not spread outside environment, explosion cause part plant severelydamaged, but accident value lower, maximum credible on environment could be caused by less risk. Risk level acceptable.
