ABSTRACT
Compressive sensing (CS) is an emerging technology which can capture and represent compressible signal at a rate below the Nyquist of sampling. In this paper, perceptual compressive scheme proposed. Firstly, two-dimentional Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) applied for sparse representation feature calculated different wavelet coefficient. Then coefficients are partitioned into four blocks. According to features, weighted CS measurement performed block respectively. Experimental results show that proposed achieves higher subjective objective performance compared with algorithm without human vision system. With 40% retained, image still be recovered considerably quality.
