ABSTRACT
The objective of the present research was to establish a rapid analytical method for paeoniflorin and moisture in Xiaoyao Pills (condensed) by near-infrared spectroscopy. spectral data 97 samples collected Nicolet 6700 NIR spectrograph,and reference value index component content were obtained HPLC oven-drying method. Then multivariate calibration model established patrical least square (PLS) predicting unknow samples. results showed that correlation coefficients (R2) quantitative 0.99774,0.95352, root-mean-square error (RMSEC) 0.00489,0.132,the prediction (RMSEP) 0.00827,0.177. indicated NIRS can provide simple accurate way fast determination large numbers (concentrated).
