Feeding pressures control of hydraulic drilling rig is a critical technology quality. In order to feeding pressure accurately during rigs working, A new system was proposed, based on the cartridge valve controlled by high speed on/off valve. exported proportionally via valves input PWM signal. Its model built AMESim software, analyze characteristics and research systems response pressure-commanded The results show that can be regulated performance improved increasing moderately signals frequency, which provides reliable reference for further optimization rig.
