ABSTRACT
With the popularity of e-commerce recently, how to control operation cost has become an urgent issue need be solved for all logistics company. This paper proposes improved bin packing approach under consideration fuel consumption delivery vehicle, provide logistic company scheme with least vehicle numbers and consumption. First, controlling costs, a multi-objective function is built minimize number vehicles during delivery. Then simulated annealing algorithm neighborhood operations proposed solve joint optimization problem. Finally, effectiveness method evaluated. The results show can effectively reduce costs compared conventional helpful reducing by balancing weight among different vehicles.
