ABSTRACT
Soil profiles from 0 to 80 cm depth were collected and a 14-day incubation experiment at three soil moisture levels (initial moisture, water holding capacity, flooding) was carried out 25°C in the dark reveal effects of on nitrogen mineralization rates 10-yr floodplain wetland. Our results showed that decreased with along maximal appeared 10-20cm layer. The higher under flooding treatment compared another two treatments. Nitrogen top 20cm soils exhibited an increasing tendency moisture. Additionally, significantly correlated electrical conductivity, total soluble salt, salinity
