ABSTRACT
The intelligent water-saving valve without power supply is an equipment characterized by high automation, low costs and controlling supply, which targeted to solve problems of irrigation all around the world. To make this apply in production better, paper does research on transmission rate moisture between humidity sensitive materials external environment, illustrates three rules: (1) For different types soil, fastest soil could be found sand slowest one clay. (2) ratios materials, material water-absorption ratio performs faster when 1:1 than 1:3; water-loss slower 1:3. (3) whether contact with air or not, contacting air.
