In this study, we report on the structural parameters and texture development which occurred during deposition annealing of PbS films their effect optical properties. The under study were deposited glass substrates through chemical bath method. reactive substances used to obtain layers lead accetae trihydrated, thiourea hydrazine hydrate. prepared with one molar concentration for various times. data showed that as-prepared annealed thin are polycrystalline cubic structure predominantly textured along 100. Results thinner more prone post heat treatments as compared thicker ones. Deposition thermal treatment strongly influence properties films.
