ABSTRACT
The overall efficiency of a PV system is strongly affected by the cell raw materials. Since reliable renewable energy source expected to produce maximum power with longest lifetime and minimum errors, critical aspect bear in mind occurrence faults according material types. different failure scenarios occurring system, decrease its output power, reduce life expectancy ban from meeting load demands, yielding severe consecutive blackouts. This paper aims first present core materials types, based fault on level consequently detection techniques corresponding each type.
