Plastic Bronchitis in an Adult with Asthma

Plastic bronchitis is a rare disease characterized by marked airway obstruction, via the formation of large gelatinous or rigid cast. In Korea, there were few case reports with plastic not in adults, but children. So we report an adult who was diagnosed as eosinophilic casts, no history atopic and cardiac disease.
