Mycobacterium malmoense is a very rare cause of lung disease in South Korea. We reported the first case caused by M. an immunocompetent patient. The patient was successfully treated with 14-month course antibiotics. Keywords: Infections; Nontuberculous Mycobacteria; Therapy
