ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect different numbers heat treatments applied superstructure porcelain on optical, thermal, and phase formation properties zirconia.MATERIALS AND METHODS.Forty zirconia specimens were prepared in form rectangular prism.Specimens divided into four groups (n = 10) according number firing at heating values porcelain.Color differences translucency parameter measured, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) performed.Data analyzed with variance (ANOVA).RESULTS.There no statistically significant ∆E, TP, L, a, b value changes as a result repetitive processes (P>.05).CONCLUSION.Although additional up 4 increase peak density thermal analysis, times can be safely they do not change color character zircon frameworks.
