ABSTRACT
This study aimed to describe the conservative surgical management of odontogenic keratocyst, comparing with clinical and demographic findings in literature, based on a literature review, using quality criteria established for cases case series. We searched keratocysts published four databases. selected patients followed up at least one year after sugical treatment. described patient who was asymptomatic, lesion detected by routine radiographic examination.
