ABSTRACT
The five countries with the highest HIV prevalence rates in world are situated southern Africa, and South an estimated 4,7 million people living (PLWA), has more cases of HIV/AIDS than any other country. AIDS stigma discrimination continue to impact on those affected by disease their health-care providers, particularly where burden is so significant. Stigma become a major problem provision o f care for PLWA Africa. A five-year multinational African study perceived was undertaken.
