ABSTRACT
Orientation: A large body of research evidence indicates that both sex role identity (SRI) and psychological capital (PsyCap) may have critical implications for individual organisational well-being. As SRI is constituted sex-based personality traits it possible individuals’ PsyCap.Research purpose: The purpose this study was to investigate the relationship between positive construct PsyCap.Motivation study: Research on PsyCap has been explored independently one another with a lack exploring these two constructs. In addition, much previous outcomes only examined identities, focusing almost exclusively ‘positive’ or ‘socially desirable’ identities.
