ABSTRACT
Pulmonary artery aneurysm is a rare clinical entity with congenital or mycotic origin being most common causes. Post-traumatic pulmonary pseudoaneurysms are extremely rare. Unless diagnosed early and properly managed, these can be fatal. Only few cases have been reported in the literature (except one) much later after initial injury managed surgically. one case has following blunt trauma injury, which was immediately using computed tomography scan conservatively.
