ABSTRACT
There are no reported cases in the literature of primary renal synovial sarcoma pediatric patients. The management has been extrapolated from soft tissue sarcomas at other sites. We present a 4-year-old female who was suspected to have Wilms' tumor. patient underwent guided biopsy as she did not respond neoadjuvant chemotherapy for consistent with sarcoma. child treated change her regimen and surgery. diagnosis confirmed by demonstrating <i>t</i> (X, 18) translocation using polymerase chain reaction.
