ABSTRACT
Guided bone regeneration (GBR) in implant therapy is especially useful for placement with dehiscence defects or fenestration defects. In alveolar ridges marked facial/buccal depressions knifeedge crests, the position and direction of fixture restricted. Improvement ridge morphology becomes possible GBR. This article describes a case which defect around an was treated by application platelet rich fibrin, second generation concentrate along graft, guided tissue membrane.
