ABSTRACT
Presentation of Aspergillus infections the lung is varied. Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) one such presentation in which there hypersensitivity reaction to antigens. It occurs commonly asthmatics and patients with cystic fibrosis. We report a case ABPA 55-year-old male initially evaluated for left cancer who had never been diagnosed asthma.
