However, there no studies on the two-drug combination. Objective: To explore effect mixture extract (EE) (GE) flow isolated hearts rats. Materials Methods : EE GE were prepared by reflux alcohol, processed with HPD-100 macro-reticular resins; icariin from total bilobalides determined high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Fifty male Sprague-Dawley (SD) mice subdivided into five groups (10 rats each): Normal control group (NC), - 10 mg group, 5 + group.
