ABSTRACT
Aim of the present study was to evaluate retreatability and reestablishment apical patency two calcium silicate-based sealers, TotalFill BC Sealer (BCS) mineral trioxide aggregate Fillapex (MTA F), versus AH Plus, when used in combination with Gutta-percha (GP).The canals 54 single-rooted anterior teeth were instrumented filled GP/AH Plus (Group A), GP/MTA F B), or GP/BCS C) using continuous wave obturation technique. The groups subdivided into subgroups master-GP cone placed working length (WL) intentionally 2 mm short. retreatment procedures performed ultrasonics, chloroform, rotary, hand files. ability establish reach WL determined as well time taken calculated minutes. Furthermore, samples observed under a dental, optical microscope, after vertically splitting them. The reestablished 100% specimens all groups. Mann-Whitney U-test indicated that there significant difference amount required between (P < 0.05) group short showing most be retreated. The novel sealers are negotiable simple root canal anatomy. However, conventional techniques not able fully remove them.
