ABSTRACT
Abstract Zoon’s balanitis or plasmacellularis circumscripta is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the genital mucosa that can affect both males and females (Zoon’s vulvitis). It not sexually transmitted disease but still cause anxiety to patients because its nature. Hence, proper diagnosis early management are necessary. clinical mimicker other commoner dermatoses mostly exclusion when diseases have been ruled out. characterised by well-demarcated shiny erythematous patch plaque over mucosa. Histopathological examination becomes necessary we unable differentiate it from premalignant lesions. reveals lozenge-shaped keratinocytes with siderophages, haemorrhages variable plasma cell infiltrate in dermis. Dermoscopy shows spermatozoa-like, convoluted vessels structureless red orange areas. Response topical therapy alone always satisfactory. However, lasers surgical provide long-term remission.
