The was calculated in both eyes using sum six grading systems proposed by Arita et al. 2016. participants imaging upper lower eyelids (212 eyelids) specular microscope. area loss (MGL) visually assessed scored photographic card. Correlation between these three values - score, MGL based on Spearman's analysis Jonckheere-Terpstra (J-T) test. coefficient rs > 0.5 considered clinically significant.Associations as well were statistically significant, but not significant (rs = 0.3684, P < 0.001 0.41179, 0.001, respectively). association 0.8392, 0.001). J-T test revealed large effect size (P r-effect 0.93).The card had been tested for utility Indian outpatient setting yet. can be used reliable assessment MGD, has clinical similar to scores.
