ABSTRACT
The Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) was launched in 2013 to screen and manage birth defects, deficiencies, diseases, developmental delays including disabilities Indian children, with the help of designated mobile health teams grassroot workers across country.Performance RBSK program three selected blocks a district large state (West Bengal) assessed.The performance assessment based on input, process, output performances, using checklists operational guidelines.While some essential evaluation tools were available required numbers at block level, many unavailable. There deficiencies number staff appointed. Although most screening camps conducted as per microplan, not.
