ABSTRACT
Because of the problem to evaluate biological activity in water-soluble substances all phases preclinical and clinical studies, research work enabled develop original solvent for poorly soluble compounds based on parenteral nutrition. The main aim is examine impact nutrition systems exemplified by hemostatic system, characterized sensitivity variability effects response any impact, its comparison with solvents that are conventional pharmacological research. Experimental performed according "guidance new substances" vitro. findings show traditional at low dosages affect researched indicators hemostasis system. smallest effect respect system was ethanol, most apparent antiaggregational registered dioxane. 10% concentration blend lipids made no Thus, their own experience application lipid emulsions as nutrition, they can be considered an adequate studies drugs.
