Twenty-seven surgical group (SG) while 30 HV mean follow-up 37.74 ± 10.52 months. A significant difference (P 0.05) groups found pseudoarthrosis, lower rate SG. No differences term VAS, NDI, SWS > 0.05); SG reached higher than = 0.0271).Both treatments are equivalent terms outcomes, they valuable choice fracture. However, it must be considered that could slightly tolerate may need change treatment.
