ABSTRACT
A bstract Retrusive upper lips, retroclined incisors, a shorter midface, and larger maxillary–mandibular difference are the characteristics of borderline Class III malocclusion. Individuals with malocclusion frequently exhibit certain morphologic, dental, skeletal traits, which should aid in diagnosis condition. To report case 22-year-old Vietnamese woman who complained having tense front teeth lacking confidence when smiling. Medical history did not find anything strange, there was root canal treatment first premolar on left jaw, asymmetrical concave chin, right deviation. Orthodontic camouflage using anterior bite turbos combination early light short elastics box proposed since patient declined to have orthognathic surgery. In just 10 months treatment, I molar canine relationship created, an crossbite corrected via mandibular retraction, severe malocclusions were successfully treated without Smiling currently showcases patient’s maxillary incisors more prominently, her lower lip fullness has diminished, giving attractive smile significant improvement facial profile.
