ABSTRACT
Background: Knee osteoarthritis is one of the common chronic degenerative joint diseases. The present study explored efficacy glucosamine hydrochloride combined with celecoxib in treatment knee and its effect on inflammatory response bone metabolism. Material Methods: Ninety patients were randomly divided into single group group, which received using for three months, respectively. Results: After treatment, compared total effective rate was increased, Visual Analogue Scale score decreased, Lysholm serum tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin 6 1β levels β-C-telopeptides type I collagen level bone-specific alkaline phosphatase osteocalcin increased. incidence adverse reactions during had no significant difference between two groups. Conclusions: Glucosamine has a good therapeutic osteoarthritis, it can improve metabolism reduce patients.
